Fatalist: After MK logo and MK movie theme, Sonya's legs on Kano's shoulders all over rule 34 and fanfics, for years, is the most "trademark" MK thing that comes to mind. Sonya/Kano is kinda trademark pairing since MK 1.

Anonymous2: @Anonymous: This is how things should have ended, even with both Kanos being dumb, if MK was at least 1% realistic. Obviously, Sonya and Cass, like fighters, both has zero chances against both Kanos, especially with their dirty tricks. But it's too "brave" and not rated-M to show both female heros completely surrendered, begging for mercy (too obvious and realistic outcome). And of course, NetherRealm will never show us sex scenes like this, or any sex scenes.

Anonymous3(1): @Anonymous: Kano losing isn’t really that big a deal comparatively speaking. The dude has spent his life licking Sonya’s boot heel or running from her and most bad guys in the games get a bad deal. Godly figures like Shinnok, Cetrion or Kronika look pathetic. I can only imagine how underwhelming Onaga or Blaze’s return would be. Reptile and Baraka and now even the classic Sub-Zero have just never won a fight. I’m pretty sure any credit Bi Han had for Scorpion’s being or motivations is given to Quan Chi so now instead of a rivalry, it’s just a misunderstanding and Scorpion just kills an asshole he knows from work because Fester Addams lied and framed him. Kano losing is just embarrassing because he had every advantage and still lost. He had numbers, hostages of value he could set a trap with, use or kill if need be, home field advantage, a mini gun and the willingness to cheat or play dirty but even two of him can’t take down one younger and less experienced Sonya who is prone to being kidnapped... like why did the bald lady recruit someone sooo thoroughly incompetent? Like apart from maybe Aftermath sort of and D’Vorah, they pretty much knocked the winds out of the sails of every antagonist in the series.

Anonymous4: @Anonymous: Kano has won fights, in MK 9 he beat johnny cage and threw him off a bridge. in MK10 comics he scared Subzero's face (that's where his scar came from, it was kano) and in mk11, he steamrolled the special forces, captured sonya and shot johnny cage in the leg before taking both captive. Then when cassie came to rescue them, kano took her down with a chaingun, and while sonya was fighting young kano old kano beat Johnny cage for a 3rd time and held him hostage to use as leverage.. but sonya killed him anyway, which made no sense because kano should have gutted johnny cage the second she pulled a gun.
